Seaweed's value is varied. It is a sustainable plastics alternative, a food source, a tool for carbon sequestration, and part of the cultural history of coastal communities. Engaging with harvesters, scientists, cultural organizations, restaurateurs, and more, I will explore how this versatile algae contributes to economic and environmental resilience.
