Histories of Settler Colonialism

Settler colonialism is the process of a foreign group entering a space, displacing those before them, and replacing established social and political laws with their own. From this definition, my Watson asks two main questions. How does belonging to land interact with duration? And how do different communities around the world address, process, and heal from the violence caused by colonial displacement?
