The climate crisis puts food security, water supplies, and global nutrition under threat. This threat is exascerbated by large scale animal agriculture and factory farming. My project is a cross-cultural look at land use, food practices, and consumption, and explores how communities are implementing plant-based practices in the name of sustainability.
