It's well established that climate change is a global issue that can not be solved without a global response. My Watson year focuses on grassroots and policy-oriented organizations around the world that are combatting climate change and building adaptive solutions. To appreciate the distance between my destinations I will travel by ships, ferries, trains, and buses, engaging with communities while minimizing my own footprint.
