How do female filmmakers overcome misogyny and thrive? I will visit dozens of prolific female filmmakers, their crews, and colleagues, taking part in their film communities and attending film festivals. I will create a documentary that informs audiences about the discrimination that exists in the film industry and inspire future female filmmakers to pursue their passions.
